Everyone can make their own delicious ice cream thanks to a bicycle. The idea is for the small ice cream parlor Peddler`s Creamery in Los Angeles.

The ice cream will be stirred by turning the pedals on a bicycle for 20 minutes. The portion that a person makes himself will be able to eat it completely free of charge.

The produced product is completely natural and compliant with the ecological requirements, which is why the idea of the ice cream house was strongly welcomed by the environmental organizations.

The American Ice Cream House produces its own brand of ice cream from locally purchased organic ingredients. Each batch is mixed by turning the pedals on a bicycle. Riding a bike in the ice cream parlor provides both dairy and non-dairy options for dessert eating.

To prepare the ice cream, the bicycle pedals must be turned for 15-20 minutes. In this way, a person, in addition to preparing his own batch of ice cream, and will move.

The trick in the preparation is that the pedals should rotate at 25 kilometers per hour, and the speed should not be reduced until the ice cream is ready.

The produced portion of the sweet temptation will be free as a reward for the efforts made.

From the ice cream house they plan to install ice cream bikes in smaller specialty stores. There are also plans to launch ice cream carts to deliver the cold dessert in Los Angeles.

We want our customers to be happy and satisfied, and the Earth to be protected in the production of ice cream - said the American ice cream house.

In the meantime, the best ice cream for 2014 was chosen. The winner is a caramelized almond ice cream called Submerged Almond. It is the work of Australians Sidney John and Sam Crawl.

Submerged almonds triumphed over 23 other ice creams presented at the competition.

The ice cream is made from vanilla delivered from Madagascar and caramelized almonds roasted with coffee. The taste of this ice cream was declared the most unique for 2014.
