The basis of the beneficial effect of the meatballs and kebabs developed by Dr. Bakalivanova is the enrichment of minced meat with fiber and in particular with oat and wheat bran.

They are known for their ability to cleanse the gastrointestinal tract of toxins and deposits, thus protecting it from developing malignancies.

Regular consumption of bran-fortified foods is a proven prophylaxis against colon cancer.

The natural fibers in the meatballs and kebabs of Bulgarian scientists are far from their only advantage over the products that are currently available on our market.
