Necessary products:
- 1 kg pork chops
- 4 tbsp. olive oil
- 4 potatoes
- juice of 1 lemon
- Parsley
- sol
- finely chopped pepper
For the marinade:
- 4 tbsp. olive oil
- 2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar / or ordinary /
- 1 clove of garlic
- a little grated ginger / optional /
- 5 tbsp. soy sauce
- 3 tbsp. Brown sugar
- parsley
Method of preparation and instructions:
1. First, start preparing the marinade. Mix all products in a bowl until the brown sugar is completely melted;
2. Soak the pork chops in the prepared marinade and leave them for about 12 hours in the refrigerator;
3. After removing the bowl from the refrigerator, transfer the meat to a pan. Bake in a preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, until the steaks are caramelized. Take them out and set them aside;
4. In a non-stick pan, heat the olive oil and add the potatoes that you have previously cleaned, washed and cut into small cubes. Leave them on low heat until ready;
5. Remove the potatoes from the heat and sprinkle with finely chopped parsley;
6. Arrange the finished caramelized steaks in a large plate.
7. Serve.
* You can serve the caramelized pork chops with vegetables of your choice, preparing them in exactly the same way.
