4. Yogurt - 1 tsp.
5. Baking soda - 1 tbsp.
6. Salt - 1 pinch
7. Cheese - 400 - 450 g
8. Oil - 2 tbsp.
For spreading:
1. Egg - 1 piece
2. Oil - 1 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
In a bowl, beat the eggs well with the salt. Add the lemonade and oil to them and continue to stir. In a tea cup, mix the yogurt and baking soda and add them to the rest of the mixture. Crush the cheese and add to it.
Grease the bottom of the pan in which you will bake the pie well with oil so that it does not stick. Take two pieces of peeled crust and place them in the pan. Pour some of the mixture on them and distribute well. Cover with two more pieces of crust and repeat. Repeat until the mixture is exhausted, not smearing the last applied crust with anything.
In the same bowl, mix the eggs and oil well. Spread the resulting mixture on the last crust that you put in the pan so that you can get a nice golden tan on the pie. Leave it to bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes at 180 degrees.
Serve the traditional pie with a spoonful of yogurt or a glass of kefir.
