What you need: 2 tsp freshly brewed hot coffee, 1/2 tsp. milk (or milk alternative), 4 tbsp. honey, 1/8 tsp. pure vanilla extract, 1/8 tsp. cinnamon, a pinch of nutmeg

Method of preparation: Heat all ingredients in a small saucepan over low to medium heat, but do not bring to a boil. Stir well to dissolve the honey. Serve hot in small glasses.

Method of preparation: Mix the milk, pumpkin puree, sugar, pumpkin seasoning and vanilla in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat for about 1-2 minutes until the milk is hot. Shake until the milk foams - usually no more than 30 seconds. Pour the coffee into a large cup and top up with the frothed milk. Add the cream on top and sprinkle with more pumpkin spice.
