What you need: 1 tsp milk, 2 tbsp. pumpkin puree, 1 tablespoon sugar, 1/4 tsp. pumpkin seasoning, plus more for sprinkling (made by mixing 1/4 tsp cinnamon, 4 tsp ginger, 4 tsp. nutmeg, 4 tbsp. allspice, can be stored in an airtight container), 1/4 tsp. pure vanilla extract, 1/4 tsp. hot espresso or strongly brewed coffee, sweetened cream for serving
Method of preparation: Mix the milk, pumpkin puree, sugar, pumpkin seasoning and vanilla in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat for about 1-2 minutes until the milk is hot. Shake until the milk foams - usually no more than 30 seconds. Pour the coffee into a large cup and top up with the frothed milk. Add the cream on top and sprinkle with more pumpkin spice.
