"I'm only allowed to eat 25 grams of fat a day, and I can only eat meat four times a week," reveals more secrets of his Cher diet, which is as follows:

Breakfast on the first day is a cup of black coffee and fruit. Lunch includes two hard-boiled eggs, a salad of fresh cabbage, seasoned with a spoonful of olive oil, and a glass of tomato juice to drink. Dinner is boiled fish, fresh cabbage salad, and fruit for dessert.

On the fourth day, the pop singer drinks morning coffee, and then eats a cup of yogurt with a grated apple. Lunch is a salad of turnips and parsley and apples. Dinner includes 200 g of boiled beef and fresh vegetables.

On the fifth day breakfast are 2 grated carrots, seasoned with lemon juice. Lunch: boiled fish and a glass of tomato juice. Dinner: salad of fresh cabbage, flavored with a spoonful of olive oil.

On the sixth day, breakfast is again only with a cup of coffee. Lunch, however, is richer. It includes 500 g of boiled chicken and a salad of fresh cabbage and carrots. Dinner: 2 boiled eggs and a carrot salad flavored with lemon juice.

On the seventh day, drink a cup of tea on waking. Lunch is 200 g of baked fish and fruit of your choice. In the evening, Cher is very happy, because she can eat whatever she wants, just in moderation.

With this diet of the pop diva Cher, ladies can lose up to 10 kg, as long as they apply it for a month and a half.
