The allowed dose is up to half an avocado a day. If you take more, it will inevitably affect our weight. Avocados contain huge amounts of fat. One fruit contains as much as 22 grams or one third of the recommended daily intake of fat. The calories are between 250-280, which is also not small.

Dips, like guacamole, usually contain more than one avocado. It may seem unthinkable to eat only half of the delicious fruit, because the other will inevitably turn brown and spoil quickly. Even so, it's a good idea to think about your health and weight in the first place.
If you exercise regularly and hard, whole avocados will not be a problem for your body. However, if you are a fan of a leisurely life full of goodies, it is good to limit the intake to one half.
The reason is simple - however, these will not be the only fats you will eat that day, and the other half guarantees that you will exceed the daily intake.
