Besides being very sweet and tasty, berries are extremely useful - they are rich in vitamins, fiber, etc. We offer you three recipes for berry cakes.

Cake with berries and orange peel

Necessary products: 160 g butter, 1 egg, 180 g sugar, 100 g yogurt, 200 g flour, baking powder, orange, 250 g berries

Method of preparation: Beat the egg and add to it about 100 g of sugar and yogurt. Mix well and add the butter. Gradually start pouring the flour you have mixed with the baking powder.

Finally, grate the peel of half an orange and pour it into the cake mixture. Pour it into a pre-greased pan, then add the berries on top and sprinkle with the rest of the sugar. Bake in a preheated moderate oven.

Our next suggestion is for pastries with berrieswhich become very juicy and tasty. To make them you will need to beat a whole egg with 3 yolks - beat them and add 50 g of sugar, juice and grated orange peel.

Beat the three egg whites with 50 g of sugar until hard snow is obtained. Mix the egg whites and yolks and mix gently. To them add 100 g of flour with 1 tsp. baking powder.

Stir and pour the mixture into a greased pan and bake until done. In a separate bowl put about 100 g of berries and 500 g of yogurt.

Mash the fruit with a fork and mix with the milk, add 30 g of sugar. Add gelatin (about 1 teaspoon) to this mixture, which you have previously dissolved in water to swell. Spread the marsh with this mixture and leave in the refrigerator to harden nicely. Then cut into pastries and serve.

Biscuit cake with blueberries

Necessary products: 350 g biscuits, 1 pack. butter, 200 ml fresh milk, 150 ml liquid cream, 200 g chocolate, 150 g thick blueberry jam

Method of preparation: First break the biscuits into small pieces and pour warm milk over them. In a suitable bowl, melt the chocolate in a water bath, adding the butter to it. When they melt, start adding them to the liquid cream you need to warm up.

Stir in the cream to even it out, then pour over the broken and milk-filled biscuits. Add the blueberries to the mixture, then mix well. Pour into a cake tin and refrigerate to set for a few hours.

If you wish, you can make a chocolate icing on the biscuit cake - melt in a water bath from the same chocolate that you put in the cake. Add a packet of butter to it. Finally, pour over the cake.
