Necessary products: 250 g weight, 1 egg, 1 tsp. ammonia soda, 250 g yogurt, ½ tsp. sugar, flour, Turkish delight, walnuts
Method of preparation: Mix the milk and baking soda, then add the melted butter, egg, sugar. Beat the mixture well and start adding flour. You will need about ½ kg of flour.
Knead a soft dough, which you divide into several balls. Leave them in the fridge for an hour, then roll each ball on a crust that is about 3 mm thick.
Fill the shells with walnuts and press them well with a rolling pin so that they can sink. Turn the leaves with the walnuts down - cut into rectangles. At one end of the rectangles put a small piece of Turkish delight. Roll like a bun and arrange in a pre-greased pan. The delicacies should be baked in a strong oven.
The next recipe is for pastes with apricot jam. If you prefer, you can replace it with plum or rosehip jam - no matter what jam you use, the pastries will be great and you will certainly repeat the recipe. Keep in mind that in order to become really nice, the dough must stand overnight:

Necessary products: 400 g powdered sugar, 6 tbsp. butter, 6 eggs, 2 tsp. ammonia soda, flour, jam
Method of preparation: First beat the eggs yourself, then add the sugar. Add the ammonia soda, which you have dissolved in 1 tbsp. vinegar. After mixing the mixture well, you need to add the melted fat and then gradually the flour. Knead the dough - it should be medium firm, roll it up and leave it to stand overnight in a cool place.
The next day, divide the dough into 5 balls and roll each into a thin crust. Bake each of the boards until pink, in a pre-greased pan. Then coat each board with marmalade and glue them. Finally, cut into pastes and serve.
