Necessary products: 1-2 eggs, 150 g flour, 150 g sugar, 150 ml fresh or yogurt, 60-70 ml oil, 1 baking powder, vanilla, 150 g Turkish delight.
Preparation: Beat the eggs well. Milk and oil are added to them. The resulting mixture is poured in a thin stream into a bowl with pre-mixed dry products. Mix well. Bake the cake pan in a greased and floured pan in a preheated 160 C oven.
When ready, transfer to a shallow dish and allow to cool. When this happens, it is syruped with sugar syrup or compote. The Turkish delight is cut into small pieces, placed in a metal container and melted with a glass of water. When cool, spread evenly over the marsh. The cake can be decorated with coconut shavings or chocolate bars.

Preparation: Beat the butter with the sugar to a fluffy cream. Pre-beaten eggs are added to it. Mix well and gradually start adding the flour sifted with baking powder.
Mix well and add the crushed almonds, sliced plums, apricots, figs, Turkish delight, chocolate, grated peel, blueberries, raisins and spices. Mix everything well and pour into a form covered with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 150 degrees until ready (hour and 15 minutes).
The finished cake is taken out and sprinkled with pre-mixed walnuts and dried fruits. Honey and rum mix well. They are sprinkled on nuts and fruits. Return the cake to the oven for another 10-15 minutes.
Remove and allow to cool in the mold. It is stored wrapped in paper and closed in a box for several weeks, and in three or four days it is watered with rum or cognac. (In its original recipe, the stock is sprinkled with powdered sugar).
