Larger portions are allowed in this diet, as the main content of the meals are meat and vegetables. This regimen goes well with exercise. Consumption of fruits, vegetables, meat, seafood and nuts give everything the body needs.

During the first stage of the diet, three of your meals should be open, ie you can eat what you want. It's good not to relax - if you feel like eating ice cream, eat 100 g. This first level lasts two weeks.

In the second level you can have only two days a week open. And this level is two weeks. If you have achieved the desired results, proceed to the next stage - third level. Here the open meal is once every seven days.

You have three main meals, and you can afford snacks - fresh fruits, vegetables, nuts, unsalted sunflower seeds and more. Herbal tea and decaffeinated coffee can be consumed.
