Eat wisely and keep in mind that there are fruits and vegetables that are super caloric (banana, pineapple, avocado, corn, pumpkin, etc.), so their consumption is not recommended.
The last 3 days
In the last third of the duration of the 9-day diet you can now eat meat, but only white and nothing different. Again, this does not mean overdoing it with white meat. Eat in moderation.
Achieving the goal
Once you have successfully passed day 9, it is time to continue like this until the numbers that satisfy you are written on the scales.
It is recommended nutrition in the 9-day diet to be until 20:00. Then eat breakfast and do not allow yourself to get confused and make small mistakes.
Tips during a 9 day diet
I recommend that you have some kind of busy diet at all times so that you don't think about food.
