The products you need for the sauce are 6 finely chopped tomatoes, 1 onion, two tablespoons chopped parsley, two chopped garlic cloves, a teaspoon of cumin, another red pepper, a pinch of ginger powder, 8 tablespoons olive oil, salt and pepper.
For the meatballs you will need about two cups of lentils and quinoa, 2 eggs and three tablespoons of flour. For the breading - 100 g breadcrumbs, 100 g flour, 2 eggs and peanut butter.
Cooking begins with heating the olive oil in a pan and adding the onions and tomatoes to it. Add the garlic and spices. Then leave the sauce on the fire for about ten minutes to thicken.
Boil the lentils and quinoa in a pot of water in a ratio of three to one. You stay absorbed to the maximum. Then transfer them to a bowl, add the eggs and flour, as well as salt and pepper. Stir until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Then shape the meatballs and roll each one in flour, egg and breadcrumbs. Fry them in hot peanut butter and then blot them with a towel or paper. Garnish with sauce. Pleasant tasting!
Crispy white bean meatballs

However, before the actual cooking begins, soak the beans in water and let it stand overnight. The next day, squeeze it and bring to a boil.
