There are many and different recipes for soup balls, but to shine with culinary skills in its preparation, you need to follow some small rules. Here are mine secrets to delicious soup balls:
1. The minced meat must be a mixture of beef and pork.
2. To the minced meat (about 250 g) should be added a handful of rice, very finely chopped onion, salt, pepper, cumin, savory.
3. Shape the balls at your discretion, but in my opinion they should not be too small, so you do not have to look for them in the soup. I personally prepare them in the size of 20 stotinki.
4. The more vegetables, the tastier the soup. You can put onions, carrots, potatoes, green and red peppers.
5. Some people prefer to put noodles in the soup, but for me rice is a must. Add it 20 minutes before removing the soup from the heat.

6. After boiling the soup, make a boiled build-up. Gives density and pleasant taste.
7. At the end, if desired, fry a carrot and add the stuffing to the soup. The result is a beautiful orange color.
Here is mine recipe for delicious soup balls:
Necessary products: minced meat - 250 g mixture, rice - 1/2 cup, onion - 1 pc., carrots - 2 pcs., red pepper - 1 pc., green pepper - 1 pc. protein - 1 pc., vegetable broth - 2-3 cubes, oil, salt, pepper, black pepper, cumin, savory, parsley, flour - to roll the balls
About the building: yogurt - 1/2 cup, flour - 2 tablespoons, egg yolk - 2 pcs.
Method of preparation: Mix the minced meat with a handful of rice, spices and one egg white and leave it in the fridge for about an hour. The purpose is to absorb the aroma of spices. In case it is not flavored, you need to add salt.
Bring the water to a boil and add oil, finely chopped onion and grated carrot. Boil for 10-15 minutes and then add the diced peppers, potatoes and shaped and rolled in flour balls.

You can put 2-3 cubes of vegetable broth or replace it with salt. Spices are mandatory - savory, black and red pepper. The rice is boiled for no more than 20 minutes, so you can add it shortly after releasing the balls.
After cooking the products you can thicken the soup with boiled building. The yoghurt, yolks and flour are mixed until a homogeneous mixture is obtained and put on the stove on low heat. He is constantly confused. When the build-up starts to form bubbles, 2-3 ladles of the soup are gradually poured into it and the resulting mixture is returned to the pot.
Finally, you can fry a grated carrot and add it to the soup, which will give it an interesting slightly orange color. Sprinkle with lots of parsley and you already have a wonderful, delicious and nutritious soup balls.
