Bavarian cream
Necessary products: 1 tsp milk, 1 tbsp sugar, 1 egg, half a tsp gelatin, 1 tsp sour cream, 2 tbsp powdered sugar, 1 vanilla, 1 tsp oil.
Method of preparation: The gelatin is pre-soaked in cold water, then the yolk is beaten with sugar. Milk and vanilla are gradually added to them. This mixture is put on the stove to boil until it begins to thicken. Stir constantly and finally add the gelatin until dissolved. Strain everything and leave to cool.
Whip the cream with the powdered sugar. Mix everything with cream, which is poured into oiled molds. It can be served with candied fruit, biscuits or whipped cream.
Small German sweets
Necessary products: 300 g flour, 150 g powdered sugar, 1 egg, 200 g chilled butter, 1 vanilla, 1 pinch of salt, nutmeg and cinnamon to taste.
Method of preparation: Pour the flour into a bowl and mix with the sugar and vanilla. A well is made in the middle, in which the egg is placed. Break the butter into pieces, add the nutmeg, salt and cinnamon and knead everything well until you get a fluffy dough.
It is wrapped in foil and left in the refrigerator for about 1 hour. Then roll out the dough on a floured kitchen counter and make whatever shapes you want from it, which you bake for about 10 minutes in an oven preheated to 200 degrees. Once they are ready, you can sprinkle them with vanilla sugar or pour chocolate over them.

Necessary products: 100 g ground walnuts, 1 protein, 100 g powdered sugar, 100 g chocolate, 1 tsp coffee.
Method of preparation: The chocolate is divided into two equal parts. one part is planed and the other is melted in a water bath and mixed with coffee. Beat the sugar with the egg white and add the ground nuts.
