Eating at night is not useful at all. It is recommended to eat last at 18 o'clock, which means that everything eaten after that torments our body. It has happened to everyone to go home hungry from a disco or party and start rummaging in the fridge and taking from everything or to wake up in the evening from the calling stomach and again seek solace in your favorite fridge.

The problem comes when this becomes a practice, when your dinners don't go by without opening the fridge and seeing what's left of dinner. It is harmful, you bother your stomach a lot and make its work more difficult, because then you go to bed as you have a full stomach.

It is important to answer the following questions to find out if you have Night Eating Syndrome (NES) - how often you eat in the evening and what makes you do it. If it happens infrequently, it really isn't that fatal, but if you do it all the time, you definitely suffer from night eating syndrome.

It has been known since the 1950s and most often means not eating enough during the day, not having an appetite and starving in the evening. Evening raids on the fridge are not a good idea, because this way you load the stomach, and it's time for sleep.

The body does not process food while you sleep, which is why it is good to eat dinner earlier - so that there is much less leftover unprocessed food when you go to bed.

Often people suffering from this syndrome suffer from overweight precisely for the above reasons. Eating gives us energy and tone and during the day you spend what you have consumed with work or fitness, a walk.

But when you eat in the evening and go to bed, the food remains unprocessed in you - you make it difficult for the body and the food you eat gradually accumulates in you.
