The company is an innovator in the market. The technologists have managed to create a machine that makes chips from all kinds of meat products. It is very similar to potatoes in both shape and structure.
The idea of the company is to do something that is in favor of healthy eating. There is a growing demand for fast food to suppress hunger.

The president of the company Josep Lagares is sure that their machine is revolutionary and will become an extremely sought-after product. It has the function for only an hour to dry the strips of sausage or ham to a state that normally requires 3-4 months. This allows the driven product to retain its properties in place just like during long-term drying.
The development of the Catalan specialists will be presented on May 14 at an exhibition in Frankfurt. The company has already announced its intention to sell its machines around the world, especially in the United States, where this type of food is cult.
