Five minutes before serving, heat olive oil or vegetable oil in a pan and fry the green onions for about a minute, stirring constantly. Add salt and rice with lentils, heat and salt again.
You can prepare Thai fried rice with pineapple: 2 1/2 cups cooked and chilled rice or 1 cup raw rice, 125 grams chicken, breast, 8 large, raw peeled shrimp.
You also need the top of a small pineapple (or canned pineapple) and 1 red sweet pepper, cut into strips, 3 tablespoons butter, 1 teaspoon finely chopped garlic, 2 eggs, 3 tablespoons soy sauce, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, 1/3 cup fried, unsalted cashews, 2 stalks cut into thin strips green onions.
Cut the chicken into strips and the pineapple into pieces. The other products are prepared. Heat the butter in a deep frying pan and fry the garlic for about half a minute.
Add the chicken, shrimp and red pepper and fry for about two minutes until the meat is white. Reduce the heat slightly and break the eggs directly into the pan.
Do not stir for about two minutes until the eggs are lightly cooked. Move the meat and other products to one end of the pan and add the rice. Pour the soy sauce and stir everything for about two minutes to mix all the products and fry the rice.
Add salt, sprinkle with black pepper, add the cashews, green onions and chopped pineapple. Continue to fry for another two minutes, stirring well. Remove from the heat, pour into a suitable bowl and serve while warm.
