Mushroom sauce is suitable for all types of meat, fish, as well as many vegetable dishes, so it is good to learn how to prepare it in several ways, diversifying your table.

Mushroom sauce with white wine
Ingredients: 250 g mushrooms, 1 onion, 1 clove garlic, 1 glass of white wine, 2 tablespoons butter, 1 tablespoon flour, 3 tablespoons tomato sauce, salt and pepper to taste, a few sprigs of dill.
Preparation: Finely chop the onion and garlic and place in a pan with hot oil to fry. After they soften, add the chopped mushrooms and add wine. When everything is almost ready, add the flour diluted in the tomato sauce. Once the sauce thickens enough, add the spices, without the dill, which is finally added, finely chopped.
Mushroom sauce with tomatoes
Necessary products: 250 g mushrooms, 300-400 g tomato juice, 2 tablespoons butter, 1-2 tablespoons flour, bay leaf, black pepper, salt and thyme to taste.
Preparation: Stew the chopped mushrooms in butter with a little salt. Once they are almost ready, add the tomato sauce in which we have dissolved the flour. 1 bay leaf is released. Allow the mixture to boil for a few more minutes until it thickens enough. Sprinkle with black pepper and thyme, and remove the bay leaf. If necessary, add more salt.
Swiss mushroom sauce
Necessary products: 250 g mushrooms, 2 tablespoons butter, 2-3 cloves of garlic, 4-5 stalks of finely chopped parsley, 1 slice of wholemeal bread, 1 cup of beef broth, 1 cup of red wine, salt and black pepper to taste.
Preparation: Put the finely chopped mushrooms in the oil to fry lightly. Add parsley, crushed garlic cloves and a slice of bread. Mix everything well and add the broth and wine.
All this boils until the mushrooms soften, then mash and season with salt and pepper to taste. When serving the ready sauce, sprinkle it with finely chopped parsley.
