Buns - these delicious, warm and fluffy temptations are inevitably a favorite of many. Even the greatest abstainer will be tempted by such freshly baked and sweet-smelling rolls.
When you break them, you feel the blissful warm fragrance that only baked rolls can serve. Here are three ways to make this dream a reality:
Muffins with jam
Necessary products: 250 ml of fresh milk, 1 egg, 1 packet of yeast, 3 tbsp. honey, 1 tbsp. incomplete sugar, 4 tbsp. oil, 500 g flour, ½ tsp. kneading flour, liquid chocolate, strawberry jam.
Preparation: Half the milk is warmed slightly. Add the yeast, honey and sugar. Mix well, then add all products to the mixture. Knead a soft dough. Leave to rise for ten minutes and mix again.
The dough is divided into four balls. Each is rolled in a circle. Cut into triangles. Half are filled with liquid chocolate and the other with strawberry jam. The rolls are rolled up and arranged in an oiled pan. Top with beaten egg yolk with a few drops of oil and a teaspoon of milk.
The rolls are left to rise in the trays for a while. Bake at 250 degrees - slightly at the bottom and then at the top. They need very little time, so they need to be monitored constantly.
When ready, smear generously with oil using a brush and sprinkle with granulated sugar.
Turkish delight rolls
Necessary products: 500 g flour, 1 packet of dry yeast, 2 tbsp. butter, 3-4 tbsp. oil, 3 tbsp. sugar, 1 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. water, 150 g Turkish delight, 1 pc. yolk.
Method of preparation: The flour is sifted in a bowl and a well is made. Put the yeast, butter, oil, sugar, salt and a glass of lukewarm water. Knead a soft and elastic dough. Leave to rise for 30 minutes.
The buns are then formed, each filled with pieces of Turkish delight. Arrange in a pan and spread on top with egg yolk. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
Universal rolls
Necessary products: 2 eggs and 1 egg white (yolk + 1-2 tablespoons of water are mixed and left to spread), 1 tsp. melted lard, 6 tbsp. sugar, 1 tsp. salt, May 30, 2 tsp. warm milk, flour.
Preparation: The yeast is dissolved in a little warm milk, along with 1 tbsp. sugar. Beat the eggs well. Add the foamed yeast, the remaining sugar, lard, salt and milk. Knead a soft, elastic dough. Leave to rise for about 30 minutes.
The finished dough is divided into balls. Each of them is rolled out and cut into triangles. The rolls are wrapped with a filling of your choice. Suitable are both salty (yellow cheese, ham) and sweet - chocolate, marmalades and more.
Arrange the finished rolls in a tray lined with paper and spread with egg yolk. The top can be sprinkled with sesame or poppy seeds. Bake in a preheated oven at about 200 degrees.
