Necessary products: 8 eggs, 1 liter of milk, 450 g of sugar, 1 packet of vanilla.

Method of preparation: Beat the eggs together with the milk and 300 g of sugar. The remaining sugar is caramelized, being careful not to burn. Spread the caramel cream molds with it and pour the milk cream on them. Arrange in a wide pan and bake in a water bath for about 1 hour at a temperature of 160-170 degrees. The caramel cream is served well chilled.

Necessary products: 4 tablespoons sugar, 65 g butter, 7 tablespoons flour, 300 ml milk, 6 eggs, 1 packet vanilla.

Method of preparation: The sugar is caramelized, then poured with fresh milk. After dissolving the caramel in the milk, add the butter, flour and yolks one by one, stirring constantly.

The egg whites are beaten in the snow and also added to the cream. Pour everything into a greased form and put to boil in a water bath for about 40-50 minutes. Once the cream is ready, cool to room temperature and place in suitable serving bowls.
