Necessary products: 1 kg of ground beef, 1 egg, 4 slices of crushed breadcrumbs, 1 onion, 50 g grated yellow cheese, 2 boiled carrots, 2 hard-boiled eggs, 2 pickles, salt, pepper, cumin and parsley to taste.

Method of preparation: Mix the minced meat with the egg, 3 of the slices of rusk, finely chopped onion and the listed spices to taste. Method of preparation: The minced meat is mixed in the same way as the above recipe, but with different spices.
