Brandy is good for our health, scientists are adamant. The study is joint between specialists from Bern and Copenhagen, the Medical University in Sofia, as well as scientists from the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences.

According to experts who conducted the study, one should not overdo it - the maximum you can afford is up to 100 grams per day.
However, if you overdo it and consumed more of the drink last night, scientists advise you to just skip the next night. After all, it is about alcohol and should not be overdone, because larger amounts can have negative consequences for the body.
Centenarian Petko Angelov from the Karlovo village of Stoletovo is also convinced that brandy is good for the body. The man, born in 1915, says that he has no serious illnesses, has an enviable hearing and during the spring season digs the garden in front of his house all by himself.
He likes to drink brandy every day and talk to people who walk down the street where his house is. According to Petko, there is only one recipe for longevity - to do good to people, to work moderately and to live your life in peace.
