Method of preparation: Put the water, fat and salt in a suitable dish, then put the pot on the stove and wait for it to boil. Pour the flour and stir until the cooked dough begins to separate from the pan. When the mixture cools, start adding the eggs one by one, stirring vigorously.
When the dough is uniform, pour it into a pre-greased rectangular pan and bake in a moderate oven. Then turn the finished loaf on a damp cloth and roll it up. Allow to cool. During this time, strain all the products for the filling and spread the marsh with it. Roll up again and leave in the fridge for a few hours.
The next appetizer is very light and extremely tasty. To do this, you will need 2 cucumbers, which you will cut into pieces of about 6 cm and carve the seeds. Boiled chicken breasts cut into small pieces and mix together with ¼ tsp. finely chopped almonds, parsley to taste and a little ground black pepper.
Stir the mixture and leave in the cold in the refrigerator. Meanwhile, mix one teaspoon of mayonnaise, 3 tbsp. oil, 2 tbsp. lemon juice, pepper and salt - even out the mixture. You should mix this sauce with the meat with almonds and mix well. Fill the cucumbers and the appetizer is ready.
Pork liver cigars
Necessary products: 250 g pork liver, 250 g minced meat, onion, parsley, mint, 2 slices of bread, oil, salt and pepper
Method of preparation: Wash the liver and chop it finely, then mix it with the meat. To them add grated onion, finely chopped parsley and mint, soaked and drained slices of bread, pepper and salt.
Mix well and form small cigars from the mixture - about 3 cm, after which each of them is wrapped in foil, pre-greased with oil. Bake in a hot oven and serve warm.
And because it sometimes happens that guests come unexpectedly, we offer you a quick appetizer, which can be accepted for salad. Boil half a packet of couscous and mix it with equal amounts of mayonnaise and strained yogurt. To this mixture add salt and 2 cloves of crushed garlic, as well as some of your favorite vegetables, finely chopped.
