If you have invited guests and are wondering how to present yourself in the best light, then consider different hors d'oeuvres that you can serve before the main course.

Experts believe that the hors d'oeuvre is a very special part of the meal, which aims to predispose your guests to relax and tune in to the appropriate wave. If you want to follow the label, then you should serve cold hors d'oeuvres before salads, and warm - just before serving the main course.

Here are some easy recipes for hors d'oeuvres:

Cheese and walnut hors d'oeuvre

Necessary products: 300 g of cheese, 150 g of butter, 3-4 cloves of garlic, half a cup of walnuts, paprika and a bunch of parsley.

Grate the cheese and add the walnuts to it, before cutting them into small pieces, but without grinding them. Crush the garlic cloves and also add them to the mixture. Finally comes the turn of butter and red pepper. The mixture should be very well kneaded, after which it forms elegant balls the size of a walnut.

One part of them can be rolled in red pepper, and another - in parsley, which you have previously cut into small pieces. The hors d'oeuvres prepared in this way are left in the refrigerator for about an hour, and the goal is to harden the oil to make it look perfect.

Necessary products: 250 g of yellow cheese, 3 eggs, 4 cloves of garlic, 5 tbsp. mayonnaise and salt to taste.

First, boil the eggs well. Then you need to grate them with a fine grater. The yellow cheese is also grated and the garlic cloves are pressed. Separate one part of the already grated yellow cheese and mix the other part with the other products.

Add salt to taste and mix well. From it form small balls-bites. Roll them in the pre-set grated yellow cheese and your hors d'oeuvre is completely ready.

You can serve it right away, but it will be even better before leaving it in the fridge for a while to cool.
