When full - nirvana! You are not hungry, you are not heavy, you feel just right - calm, full of energy and strength.
At a minimum overeating - You continue to eat, even though you no longer feel hungry. You do it without wanting to, just because you're staring at your favorite show. Then the stomach is slightly heavier, you do not feel the taste of food, but you do not stop, but you should.
