Sea bass with spinach

Necessary products: 2 fillets of sea bass, spinach, 1 onion, ½ tsp. white wine, black pepper, salt, butter

Method of preparation: Cut two pieces of aluminum foil and grease them well with oil. Add the washed and drained spinach on top - distribute it evenly on the two pieces of foil. Then chop the onion and sprinkle over the spinach.

Sprinkle the sea bass fillets on both sides with salt and pepper, then place them on the spinach and onion. Put a few pieces of butter on the fish and sprinkle with white wine. Close the foil as a package so that the fish can suffocate nicely.

Bake the fish in the oven, then carefully open the packages and pour the sauce from the two fillets into a bowl. Put spinach and sea bass in a shallow dish and top with the sauce in which you have added a little lemon juice.

You can serve the fish with a garnish of baked fresh potatoes, boiled rice with spices or cucumber salad.

The following recipe is easier and faster to prepare. You will need whole sea bass for it. Wash and clean the fish, then you need to make diagonal cuts on the skin all the way to the spine of the sea bass.

Be careful not to cut the bone.

In these slots add a few sprigs of rosemary. Put the spice in the belly cavity of sea bass. Put the fish in a tray with kitchen paper, sprinkle it with salt and grease it with oil. Put fat and salt in the abdominal cavity of sea bass.

Bake in a preheated moderate oven, but without wrapping with aluminum foil. The goal is for the fish to have a crispy crust. Once baked, separate the fillets from the spine and pour nicely with lemon juice, add a little olive oil. Serve with fresh vegetable salad.
