The first recipe we offer you can be prepared very easily. You will not need complicated products for it. In addition to bream, you can also make trout in the same way. Here's what you need:

Sea bream with onions and carrots

Necessary products: 1 kg of sea bream, ½ kg of onion, 5 carrots, salt, pepper, oil, parsley, lemon juice.

Preparation: Clean the fish and cut it into pieces. Slice the onions as well as the carrots and place half of them on the bottom of a pan that you have previously greased with oil.

Salt and season the fish with black pepper and arrange on the onion. Put the remaining onions and carrots on top, adding finely chopped parsley. Drizzle with lemon juice and bake in a moderate oven.

Our next suggestion is for fish, which you must leave to soak in the marinade for an hour before baking. But until it's time for the marinade, you need to do the following - clean it and wash it, then salt it and add black pepper and a little oregano.

Put a few sprigs of dill and a slice of lemon in the belly of the sea bream. If you like garlic, press 1-2 cloves and add to the dill. Then comes the marinade. You will need 200 ml of white wine and lemon juice (about ½ lemon), mix them and pour over the fish that you have already cleaned.

Put it in the fridge and after half an hour turn it over, in case the marinade does not cover it. After removing the fish, grease it and place it on a heated grill. Serve with lettuce.

Necessary products: 2 sea bream, oil, salt, pepper, thyme, lemon, olives.

Preparation: Clean the fish, then salt and season with black pepper. Make incisions on it, deep enough to put a stalk of thyme in them.

Put the thyme, and in the belly of the fish add finely chopped olives and a slice of lemon. Grill on both sides and serve with potato salad with fresh onions.
