It is better for the breastfeeding mother to give up unhealthy sweets for a while and focus on fresh fruits, vegetables and other healthy foods. And if you can not give up marmalade, then buy natural or make your own from fruits and gelling agents.
Spicy wine marmalade
If you just want to somehow diversify the evening with friends or a loved one, then you can prepare an unusual and delicious alcoholic jam.

Ingredients: 500 ml; gelatin - 100 g; vanilla sugar - 40 g; orange - 300 g; cinnamon - 1 tsp.
Preparation: Put the wine to simmer over medium heat. When it boils, add the chopped oranges. Let the mixture simmer for 10 minutes, then add the cinnamon and vanilla sugar. After 3 minutes, stir in the gelatin. Pour the mixture into small molds and leave to gel in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
