Recently, more and more people are discussing the topic of whether meat should be consumed or, conversely, its intake should be limited. Since everyone has the right to personal choice, here we will emphasize the fact that it is very important what kind of meat you eat and whether it is stored properly. That is why we will introduce you to some basic rules related to the durability of various sausages and meat delicacies:
- Almost all sausages should be stored at a temperature of - 1 to + 5 degrees Celsius. Only then will the suitability marked on their packaging be valid;
- When storing durable dried smoked or cooked smoked sausages, we must keep in mind that their shelf life is valid only if stored at a temperature of 0 to 4 degrees Celsius. For almost all types of sausages stored in this way, the shelf life is about 2 months, and if they are vacuumed - up to 3 months;
- Not only the type of meat and the technique of its processing are important for the suitability of the sausages, but also the way it is packaged. For example, short-lived sausages, such as vacuum-packed beers, can withstand the recommended storage temperature for 30 days, while if packed in a vacuum bag in a gaseous medium, their shelf life is not more than 25 days;
- Raw-dried sausages and durable cooked-smoked sausages should be stored at a higher temperature, usually 2 to 10 degrees Celsius. Examples of such sausages are pastrami and sausage and all their variations. They can be prepared from meat of different composition and their suitability depends on whether they are sold in bulk or vacuumed. Such meat delicacies last about 60 days, and the vacuum sausages can be stored for up to 90 days;
- As a rule, cooked-smoked sausages, which are not explicitly marked as durable sausages, last about 30 days at a temperature of -1 to + 5 degrees. Most of them are packed in thermofoil, not in vacuum packs;
- Rolls, as well as bacon salami, which belong to the group of raw dried sausages, are stored at temperatures from 0 to 4 degrees Celsius and have a shelf life of up to 60 days, and sausages - up to 90 days;
- The shelf life of sausages is very relative, but you should keep in mind that real sausages, which are in a natural shell and are not full of preservatives, rarely last more than 7 days.

Rice - Different Types, Different Preparation
White or brown, whole grain, blanched, with short or long grains… Basmati, gluten, Himalayan, dessert… And more, and more - from Asia, from Africa, from Europe and one that is grown in our lands. Rice exists in so many variations and varieties that it is unlikely that one will have time to list, read and remember them.
Durability Of Frozen Meat
Frozen meat it can be used for a long time, but it should be borne in mind that even in the freezer it has an expiration date that should not be neglected. Freezing neutralizes the possibility of bacteria developing in the meat, but if stored in the freezer for too long, it loses its taste and useful qualities.
Durability Of Oil And Butter
The oil should be stored in the dark - so it will retain its properties longer. If you store it in the light, direct light will adversely affect its properties. It will still be usable, but it will not be as useful for the body as if you store it properly.
Ingredients In Sausages And Sausages That Kill
The legends of how to put toilet paper, soy, etc. in sausages, frankfurters and sausages. are not from today. Dissatisfaction with their price too. Even during socialism, these products had a dubious quality. It was widely believed that good sausages and some types of sausages were a scarce commodity that appeared from time to time.
Durability Of Eggs
You can easily tell if the raw eggs are fresh or old. Fresh eggs are much heavier than old ones, this is due to the presence of air in the old eggs. Put an egg in a glass with a tablespoon of salt, and if it falls to the bottom, it is fresh, and if it floats in the middle, it is medium beauty.
