To find out if the bread is ready, you need to take it out of the oven. If it is light and you hear a muffled sound when you hit the lower crust, it means that it is ready.

When taking the bread out of the oven with a shovel, you must be very careful not to break it. After removing it from the oven, put it to cool on a wire rack, otherwise its lower crust will become moist.

The bathed pie is made by pouring a little boiling water over it before baking and baking it in the oven. When the pie turns red in the oven, take it out, pour boiling water over it and put it to bake again.
