The potatoes are cleaned and washed. Heat the fat in a deep pan, then place the dried potatoes in it.

If they are large, they split in two. Stir occasionally, frying on a medium hot plate with a lid on the pan.

When they turn red, add the flour, turmeric, nutmeg and red pepper. Fry until done. Finally add the green spices and garlic. If desired, they can be served with vinegar or yogurt. Ideal summer pot.

Keep in mind, however, that the rule not to peel potatoes applies only to young people. In old potatoes, it is in the peel that the content of solanine, a glycoalkaloid, accumulates over time.

In increased quantities, it affects the mucous membrane of the digestive tract. To prevent this, we must necessarily peel the old potatoes before eating.

The already peeled potato peels find an interesting application. To darken your gray hair, boil potato peels in water for half an hour.

After cooling, rinse your hair with the decoction. With regular performance of this procedure, white hair will gradually darken, and the most suitable are the peels of fresh potatoes, but also old ones do a perfect job.
