Remove the cream from the heat and let it cool. During this time, beat the butter to a froth. Once the cream has cooled, add the whipped butter to it.
Vanilla cream for filling funnels and baskets
Necessary products: 500 ml fresh milk, 4 egg yolks, 40 g flour, 150 g sugar, 1 vanilla.
Method of preparation: In a suitable bowl, beat the yolks and add the sugar. Stir again and gradually add the flour and milk. Put the mixture on the fire and cook until it thickens, stirring constantly.
Once the cream has reached the appropriate density, remove from the heat and add the vanilla. Vanilla-flavored starch can also be used instead of flour. If you want the baskets to soften faster, you need to pour this cream over them while it is still hot.
