I want to share my experience of relieving headaches. The pain had jumped so much at one time that it led to such severe suffering in the form of spasms of the cerebral vessels and often accompanied by nausea and vomiting.
A friend once advised me to treat myself with saline solution. I didn't pay much attention to it then, it seemed simple and stupid. But when the pain hit me again, I had nowhere to go - I was forced to try. I made the saline solution and let me tell you - it works! And the recipe is outrageously simple.
You will need: 250 ml of water heated to 60-70 degrees, 2 tsp. without a pinch of salt and wide gauze. The salt was dissolved in water to give an 8% solution. While the solution cools, prepare the gauze by folding it in 8 layers so that its width corresponds to the width of the forehead and the length to the circumference of the head. Quickly wash your forehead, ears and neck with warm water, then immerse the bandage in saline. After lightly squeezing, we tie the head around its circumference. Use a cotton towel to secure the compress.
Then you should lie down and hold the bandage until the pain disappears completely. For me, the pain subsided almost immediately, but just in case, I left the bandage for two more hours. In general, the compress can last up to 15 hours.
The most interesting thing is that such a simple technique normalizes the pressure and relieves headaches forever, so I highly recommend this method and I'm sure you won't regret it!
With the same saline solution you can deal with high blood pressure - there the solution must be hot. Immerse your feet in the hot solution and after a short stay your blood pressure will start to drop.
Be healthy!
