One of the most effective herbs is the ox tongue - only the leaves of the herb are used. Decoctions with bovine tongue help with bronchitis, tracheitis, chronic nephritis, spleen diseases, cystopyelitis and others.
Put a tablespoon of the herb in 500 ml of hot water and let the ox tongue soak for 20 minutes. Then strain the mixture and take 1 cup of coffee. Drink at least 3 times daily before meals.
You can also make a decoction of several types of herbs - you need 50 g of the following herbs - St. John's wort, linden blossom, coltsfoot and ox tongue.
Put 2 tbsp. of the mixture in half a liter of water that has already boiled. Add to the water and 1 tsp. flaxseed. Allow the decoction to boil for ten minutes and strain.
If your cough is dry, you can prepare a decoction with the help of ox tongue, elderflower, rosehip and coltsfoot. From all these herbs put evenly in a glass jar.
Then take 1 tbsp of the mixture. and boiled in 300 ml of water. Drink 100 ml three times a day.
