Necessary products: 1 kg mushrooms, 50 g butter, 150 g oil, 100 ml milk, 3 slices of bread, 100 g flour, 100 g breadcrumbs, 4 eggs, a few sprigs of dill, salt and pepper to taste.

Method of preparation: The mushrooms are finely chopped and stewed in butter. Once softened, add the bread soaked in milk, finely chopped dill, spices, 2 eggs and, if necessary, some breadcrumbs. From this mixture are formed meatballs, which are rolled in flour, beaten eggs and breadcrumbs and fried on both sides in oil until pink.

Necessary products: 1 kg of parsley, 1 onion, 1 carrot, 3 eggs, 120 ml of milk, 150 g of cheese, 50 g of flour, salt and pepper to taste.
