Necessary products: 5 leeks, parsley, 3 eggs, 1 tbsp. yogurt, 1 tsp. soda, flour, as much as the mixture absorbs, 1 ½ tsp. oil, salt.
Method of preparation: finely chop the pre-cleaned leek - for the meatballs we will need only the white part. Add parsley to taste to it, if it is at home and celery, add some of it for a better aroma of the meatballs. Add a little salt to all this and pour the whole mixture into a saucepan - pour a tea cup of water and let the vegetables simmer.
Remove from the heat when the water is reduced by half and the leeks are soft. When the mixture cools, add the eggs, yogurt and soda, which you have previously "quenched" in the milk. Mix well and start adding flour to thicken the mixture. Then with a tablespoon take the mixture and put in hot fat - fry until golden brown.
The next recipe is for fresh cabbage meatballs - cut a medium-sized cabbage into thin strips and pour it into salted water to stew and soften the cabbage. When it softens, squeeze the cabbage very well. Fry two heads of finely chopped onion and add 3 tablespoons of flour - stir and remove from heat.
Add the cabbage, beaten egg, ground black pepper, finely chopped celery and salt to taste to the onion and flour. From the mixture, form medium-sized meatballs, flatten them, roll in flour and fry on both sides.
