Another more unconventional, but just as tempting recipe for guacamole, includes 2 pcs. avocado, 2 large cloves garlic, 1 tbsp. olive oil, black pepper, salt, 1 tsp. Dijon mustard, 1 tbsp. tomato puree or salsa and, if desired, walnuts.
Peel an avocado and puree it in a blender, along with the other products, until completely smooth. Great appetizer with fluffy bread.
For the third original recipe you will need 2 avocados, 1 cup of yogurt, the juice of half a lemon, 1 tbsp olive oil, 2 cloves of garlic, Tabasco sauce, pepper, salt. Mash the avocado and yoghurt until smooth.
Add the lemon, olive oil, garlic, Tabasco sauce, pepper and salt. Pour the mixture into bowls and leave in the refrigerator to cool. After removing it, garnish each portion with a sprig of parsley.
