Aromatic olive oil with basil
Necessary products: 1 liter of extra virgin olive oil, a few sprigs of fresh basil with the leaves, 8 cloves of garlic, a few grains of black pepper.
Method of preparation: The basil, garlic cloves and grains are placed in the bottle with olive oil and left for at least 2 months. With this fragrant olive oil you can make perfect green salads, salads with tomatoes, pasta, pizza and more.

Necessary products: 3- 4 tomatoes, 2 cloves garlic, a few fresh basil leaves, a few arugula leaves, 150 g buffalo cheese, 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp ground walnuts.

The good thing is that in addition to being easy to prepare, the dough can be used immediately. You don't have to wait for it to rise. This dough will be enough for 2-3 round pizzas. If you want to make only 1, you can store the dough for a few days in the refrigerator.
