Breakfast: 1 hard-boiled egg, half a banana, toast;
Lunch: a piece of cheese if possible - unsalted or pre-soured, 1 hard-boiled egg, five rusks;
Dinner: 150 g of pure meat, 300 g of stewed broccoli and carrots, half a banana;
Day 3
Breakfast: a cup of coffee or tea, five rusks, 30 g of cheese, a small apple;
Lunch: 1 hard-boiled egg, toasted slice;
Dinner: 120 g canned tuna, half a banana, 200 g stewed vegetables.
After the end of the third day, in order not to regain the weight, it is good to continue with a healthy diet. The military diet can be done every month as part of the unloading cut.
