In the summer, more people think about their figure and want to take urgent measures to put their weight within reasonable limits.

There are millions of diets, and nutritionists are constantly debunking one of the popular weight loss programs and launching a new one.

The pineapple diet, which has been very popular, has recently been criticized. Now the new favorite of nutritionists is the lemon.

In principle, all problems related to overweight are the result of disorders of the digestive system, which do not allow the body to receive all the nutrients it needs to break down and get rid of fat.

Traditional starvation-based diets only exacerbate the problems, most modern nutritionists say. Trying to lose weight in this way, we only "spoil" our stomach and deprive the body of the necessary energy.

There is a feeling of lethargy, depression, and as a result, a slowdown in metabolism. The consequence of all this is not weight loss, but the opposite - overweight.

The new method with lemon, developed by experts, does not involve serious dietary restrictions. The so-called lemon diet advises us to adhere to a normal diet, that is, not to overdo it with food, but also not to stay hungry.

And the main product in it is really the lemon - its juice, flesh and rind. It has been proven that this citrus fruit normalizes the process of absorption of nutrients and metabolism.

Lemon has an increased content of citric acid compared to other fruits. Namely, it can stimulate digestion, react with enzymes and remove toxins from the body.

It is believed that the use of lemon reduces the risk of developing diabetes. What it actually represents the lemon diet?

Drink lemon juice diluted with hot water every morning. If you do not have a juicer, squeeze a few slices by hand in a glass of hot water.

Eat fruits and vegetables 4-5 times a day. Add finely chopped lemon peel to soups and salads. Be sure to spray the meat and fish with lemon juice during cooking.

Try to use less sugar. Remember that it is contained in many products that do not have a sweet taste: white rice, potatoes, white bread, corn.

Do not exclude fats from your menu. Increase your intake of fish that contain Omega-3 and Omega-6 fatty acids. Take your time and chew your food carefully.
