Ingredients: 600 grams of beef, 120 grams of bacon, 1 carrot, 1 red pepper, 1 onion, dill and parsley to taste, 2 cloves garlic, 2 tablespoons mustard, 2 tablespoons flour, frying oil, salt and black pepper to taste.
The meat is washed, dried and cut in half like a cake pan, but not completely, and dissolved like a book. Cover with a plastic bag and hit with the flat side of a meat mallet to form a large rectangle.
Spread mustard on the meat and arrange the pieces of chopped bacon on it. The meat is rolled into a tight roll and wrapped with thread. Rub with salt and pepper and sprinkle with flour on all sides. Fry in a deep pan on all sides.
The roll is placed in a tray. Carrots, peppers and onions are cleaned, cut into large pieces and placed around the meat, pouring a glass of boiling water.
