Preparation: Clean the chicken from the skins. In a small bowl, mix the black pepper, basil and nutmeg. Spread the chicken breasts with 1 tbsp. oil and pour the mixture of spices on them. Fry the breasts until golden for about 10 minutes and turn them once or twice.
Sprinkle with finely chopped green onions and reduce heat. Put a lid and stew the chicken in its own juices until soft.
Meanwhile, in a suitable small bowl, mix the cream and flour, gradually adding the milk. Take out the chicken and drain it on kitchen paper. Pour the cream mixture into the same pan where the chicken was and simmer until it thickens and bubbles. Finally add the corn. Serve the chicken with a few spoonfuls of this sauce. Sprinkle with parsley for a perfectly finished look.

Necessary products for 4 servings: 3 tbsp. butter, 1 medium-sized onion, finely chopped, 1 tbsp. olive oil, 3 cloves garlic, best crushed, 4 tsp. sliced mushrooms, 1 tsp. dried thyme, ½ tsp. liquid cream, ½ tsp. grated yellow cheese, pasta of your choice, about half a packet.
Preparation: Boil the pasta in salted water. Fry onions and garlic in butter and olive oil until soft. Add thyme and mushrooms, salt and pepper to taste. Stew for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly. The mushrooms should soften and turn slightly brown.
Add the cream and let the mixture boil. Reduce heat and add yellow cheese. Leave for a few minutes until the cheese is completely melted and the mixture thickens. Serve the pasta with the sauce and garnish with a sprig of parsley.
