If you are going to celebrate the upcoming Christmas and New Year holidays in your home, you will need to prepare. It will be easiest if you make delicious bites to attract your guests. This way you will not be in the kitchen much time and you will not have to get up and sit down from the table for a few minutes.

You can prepare small eclairs, you could even make a simple pie, which you can then cut into chunks. If you want something meaty - make small meatballs.

Another idea is to put cooked rice in a piece of sausage, seasoned with favorite smells and a little mayonnaise. Then stick all the bites with cocktail sticks or toothpicks, arrange them in two or three cloths and solve the problem of spilling in different plates.

Stuffed bagel with tuna

Necessary products: 1 baguette, 1 can of tuna, 2 eggs, onion, 1 bunch parsley, ½ bunch dill, a packet of butter, 1 tsp. paprika

Method of preparation: First put the two eggs to boil. Cut both ends of the baguette and carefully carve the inside - cut it into small pieces and mix it with the pre-drained tuna.

Add to them finely chopped hard-boiled eggs, parsley, dill, paprika, softened butter. Finally, add the stewed onions to the mixture. Mix well and fill the bagel well. Then leave it in the refrigerator for a few hours. Before serving, cut the baguette into thin slices.

The warm version of this appetizing recipe is to cut mozzarella circles, cover the baguette and bake until crispy. Allow to cool slightly and then chop.

Aromatic cocktail bites

Necessary products: 3 eggs, 1 packet of butter, 16 tbsp. flour, 12 tbsp. sugar, baking powder

For the syrup: 1 packet of butter, 1 tsp. sugar, 3 tbsp. cocoa, 200 ml of water, 1 bottle of rum essence

Method of preparation: Beat the eggs and add the sugar, then add the butter and beat. When the mixture is uniform, add the flour and baking powder - mix well. Pour the mixture into a greased pan sprinkled with flour and bake in a preheated oven for ten minutes.

After cooling, the cake is cut into squares. The syrup is made as follows - put the melted butter and a cup of sugar in a bowl and beat. You should add cocoa, water and bring the mixture to the boil - simmer for three minutes and withdraw.

Then pour the rum essence and pour over the cake. Sprinkle generously with finely chopped walnuts on top. Arrange the bites on a plate.
