It is then carefully separated and ready for consumption.
Now for those who are just consumers and buy milk, not produce it. Anyone who has tried homemade butter knows how delicious it is and it is unlikely that if he had the opportunity to make it himself, he would buy it from the store.
For this purpose, the cream of milk is collected again and instead of in a special vessel or bucket it is separated in a jar. If it is not enough, you can freeze it in the freezer and the next time you buy milk do the same again.
How is it prepared? Easy. If you have half a jar of collected cream, then add as much warm water. And start mixing. You can use a mixer, shaker or screw jar for this (this is done more slowly in about 30 minutes).
Initially, small grains, similar to granules, are formed, but not long after 1-2 minutes the butter is ready and collected in a ball. Remove with a wooden spoon on parchment paper and you're done. You have freshly prepared butter. Some are even more resourceful in using sour cream.
As you can see, it is not so complicated and does not require any special preparations or methods.
