The dairy-fruit diet is a type of menu that belongs to the unloaders and it is recommended to last a week. The diet could be administered as an unloading day once a week or as a 3-day regimen.

Apart from a slim waist, the dairy fruit and vegetable diet also has a healing effect in some diseases. For example, atherosclerosis, hypertension, diabetes mellitus with obesity, nephritis, liver and bile diseases, gout and others.

If you decide to use it in its pure form - only milk, fruits and vegetables, your portion should include about 250-300 grams 5 times a day of fresh fruits and vegetables of your choice (but without salt or sugar).

A minimum amount of vegetable oil is allowed - sunflower, corn or olive oil. Dairy products are allowed fresh or yogurt (preferably homemade, as they are most useful). It is consumed in 200-250 milliliters 6 times a day (total amount up to a liter and a half).

Yogurt is one of the most useful products, supplying the body with the necessary proteins, fats and carbohydrates, which are more easily absorbed by the body, unlike milk and eggs, for example. Yogurt is mainly in most diets for various diseases. You hardly know that yogurt is the foundation of modern formulas - substitutes for breast milk.

One of the biggest benefits of fruits and vegetables is that they stimulate peristalsis. After consumption they cause a feeling of satiety. Remember that it is more useful to use them as nature offers us, rather than mashing, bleaching or preparing them as fresh fruit and porridge.

Most fruits and some vegetables, such as carrots and legumes, contain large amounts of fiber, which prevent cholesterol from entering the gut and make it easier to get rid of.

This lowers its level and prevents it from sticking to the blood walls, which is harmful to health. But be careful, because the overuse of fiber can have negative consequences such as suppression of the absorption of mineral salts and trace elements. In some cases, this can lead to dangerous intestinal obstruction (ileus).
