The products for them are: fresh and small cucumbers (gherkins), horseradish roots and leaves, fennel seeds, garlic, old onion slices, black peppercorns, allspice beans, vinegar, sugar and salt.

Wash very well under running water and soak in cold water for 4-5 hours.
Very well wash the horseradish (root and leaves) and dill under running water and cut them. Peel the garlic and onion cloves, cut them into slices.

Add salt, sugar and vinegar, and the amount is according to the recipe, add cold water (preferably boiled) one finger under the top of the jar. Tighten the metal cover carefully and securely.
Boil the jars in a pot with a grill under them and the water in which they are boiled should be 3 fingers above the caps. Once the water boils, remove the pan immediately. Remove the jars from the boiling water and turn them upside down. Leave until completely cooled and your pickles are ready for winter.
