dry yeast - 6 g
flour - 400 g
salt - 1 tsp.
sugar - 20 g
water -240 ml
oil - 40 ml
To make homemade white bread, you first need to prepare the products according to the recipe. From the total amount of flour measure 120 g and mix it with warm water and yeast. Mix everything well, cover with cling film and leave in a warm place for 15-20 minutes, to double.
Then add the sugar, oil and pre-mixed sifted flour and salt. Knead a soft elastic dough, which you place in a bowl greased with oil. Cover again with foil and leave for 1 hour in a warm place.
After the allotted time, shape the bread according to the shape in which you will bake it, place it in the greased form or lined with baking paper. Cover bread with a clean towel and leave warm for 30 minutes.
Bake in a preheated 200 degree oven for 15 minutes, then reduce to 180 degrees and bake for about 20-30 minutes - until done. Your white homemade bread is ready! Allow to cool in the mold, then place on a wire rack.
Homemade baguettes
dry yeast - 8 g
flour -450 g
salt - 1 tsp.
sugar - 1 tbsp.
water - 250 ml
oil - 2 tbsp.
Prepare your products according to the recipe. Mix the sifted flour with the sugar, salt and yeast, add the warm water and oil. Knead a soft elastic dough, place it in a bowl greased with oil and cover with cling film, leave in a warm place for about 20-30 minutes.
Divide the risen dough into 2 parts and with oiled hands pull each part of a long baguette. Place the shaped baguettes in a pan covered with baking paper and sprinkled with flour. Cover with a clean towel and let them rest for about 15 minutes.
Sprinkle again with flour and make a few cuts with a sharp knife. Bake homemade baguettes in a preheated 200 degree oven for 15-20 minutes, placing a bowl of water on the bottom of the oven - this will be for the steam.
It is sacrilege to cut a baguette, just tear it to pieces and enjoy!

Sift the flour and set aside some of it to mix.
Mix the flour, salt, sugar and yeast, stir. Pour a thin stream of warm water over them and knead the dough with a wooden spoon. Add the oil and knead a soft dough with your hands. Grease a bowl with oil, put the dough in it, cover with a towel and place in a warm place for 1 hour to rise.
Mix the risen dough and put it back in the bowl wrapped for 30-40 minutes.
Divide the dough into two parts, place each part in greased pans or covered with baking paper. With oiled hands, stretch and flatten the dough on the crust, with your fingers form grooves. Sprinkle with sesame seeds as desired and leave the dough to rise for 10 minutes. Sprinkle lightly with water and bake the bread in a preheated oven at 210 degrees for about 30 minutes until golden brown. Spray the finished cake with water, cover with a clean towel and leave to cool completely. Your bread loaf is ready!
