When choosing cucumbers for jars, it is good for them to be young, because the seeds in them should not have grown yet. This is probably the first secret to delicious pickles. Here are three suggestions on how to make pickles.
Option 1
Wash and clean the cucumbers (the amount depends on what dish you will make them in). Arrange them in a five-liter jar or small can (5 liters). After arranging the cucumbers, fill the bowl with water, which you measure exactly. To each liter of water add 6 tablespoons of sea salt. Leave in the basement and shake the container every two days.
In about two weeks you will have homemade pickles. In order not to blur, when the cucumbers are fully fermented, they are crossed with potassium sorbate (follow the instructions on the package, according to the amount of cucumbers you put).
Option 2
After arranging the washed and cleaned cucumbers in jars (700 milliliters). To each jar add dill, a few cloves of garlic, a few slices of red onion, if desired you can add slices of pepper, a few grains of pepper (cumin, mustard seeds and other spices if desired), 1 tablespoon salt, 1 tablespoon sugar and 5-6 tablespoons of vinegar.
Fill the jars with water and put 3 aspirins on each jar separately. Close the jars and arrange in the basement. Periodically turn and shake the jars.
Option 3
Use the same products as in Option 2 without adding aspirin. To sterilize the jars, boil them in a suitable container for 5 minutes. Then turn them upside down for about an hour.
