Necessary products: 2 zucchini, 2 onions, 3 cloves garlic, 1 tsp. walnuts, 3 tablespoons sour cream, 1-2 eggs, 1 small tomato, 80 g melted cheese, fat, salt, pepper and dill

Method of preparation: First, cut the zucchini in half lengthwise and carve the inside. Allow them to drain, then you need to grease them and bake them, but not until fully cooked, in a strong oven about 220 degrees.

Once they turn red, take them out of the oven. Cut the inside while you wait for the zucchini to bake, chop the onion, then fry them in a pan. After a few minutes, add the tomatoes, which you have cut into small cubes.

Leave on the stove until the filling thickens. Finally, add chopped walnuts, crushed garlic and dill. Add salt, pepper and stir. Fill the zucchini and bake for about 15 minutes. Finally, pour the zucchini with the beaten egg, along with the cream and melted cheese.

Stuffed zucchini with minced meat

The next recipe is also for stuffed zucchini, but this time with minced meat - after all, not everyone is a fan of lean dishes. About 400 g of minced meat is used in the recipe. The number of zucchini depends on the size of the vegetable.

And even if you have stuffing left, you can always close it in a container and put it in the freezer. From such leftovers become very tasty makeshift dishes.

And so - zucchini with minced meat contain 3 more roasted peppers, onion, 6 cloves garlic, thyme, 1 slice of bread, cheese, pepper and salt.

Wash the zucchini, cut in half lengthwise and bake in the oven at 200 degrees - make a few slits in the inside and grease them beforehand. Leave them for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, chop the roasted peppers. After the zucchini are cooked, cut the inside into small pieces and mix them with the peppers, onion and garlic, also finely chopped.

Fry the minced meat and after it crumbles, add the mixture with the zucchini and peppers. Sprinkle with salt, thyme, pepper. Crush the bread into crumbs and add them to the filling. Spread the stuffing in the zucchini and bake until done. Finally, sprinkle with cheese.
